Rotary table with pallet roller conveyor, rotation 0 to 270°

The rotary table allows for a standard 90° rotation to change the direction of pallet travel. It can be seamlessly integrated into an internal automatic conveyor system, facilitating the movement of pallets between locations.
The standard rotation range is 0° → 90°, with one cycle taking 40 seconds at a speed of 11.4 m/min (pallet in – 90° rotation – pallet out). Larger rotation options, such as 0° → 180° or 0° → 270°, are available upon request.
The rotary table is supplied with:
– 1 electric control box
– 2 photocells for pallet orientation on the roller conveyor
– 2 “Home” sensors to limit rotational movement
– 4 sensors for soft start/stop functionality
– A frequency converter (available upon request)

The table height can be adjusted to align with an adjacent pallet roller conveyor system, ensuring seamless integration. Additionally, the design prioritizes easy service access for maintenance and adjustments.
Specifications:
Surface treatment: Electro galvanized steel except gear motor, chains, and roller axles. Gear wheel is tonified. The turntable has powder coated finish in color RAL 9005 as standard. Special colors are available at an additional cost.
Frames: Hot rolled bent plate.
Rollers: Ø 80 mm electro galvanized steel tubes with Ø 17 mm axle, steel with M10 thread.
Bearings: 6203 – 2RS.
Chains: Simplex roller chain 1/2″ x 5/16″.
1/2″ wear-resistant gear wheel made of steel.
Rotation: Timing belt with steel cords type 8M.
Load: Maximum weight 1,500 kg at roller pitch 89.
Maximum weight 1,000 kg at roller pitch 178.
Standard height: Total height from floor to top of rollers is 350 mm.

Chain drive: Chain drive from roller to roller.
Chain cover: Chains are protected by a U-profile mounted above the chains.
The cover is placed beneath roller level to ensure access to the
pallets from both sides of the conveyor.
Gear motor: 0.37 kW mounted on the pallet conveyor.
