PVC conveyors with booster – roller bedding

For smooth and gentle transport, whether upward or downward, inclined and horizontal conveyors are manufactured and combined to meet specific requirements.
Belt:
By default, the booster comes with a smooth belt, while the conveyor is equipped with a grip belt. Boosters with a length of 0.5 m and width exceeding 400 mm are always supplied with belts that include a guide profile. Belts must be ordered separately.
Bedding:
Boosters with dimensions of 0.5 m long and 400 mm wide are typically supplied with grooved plate bedding. Conveyors and boosters with a length of 1 m are delivered with roller bedding.
Note: A minimum of three supports is required for a conveyor with a booster. These supports are sold separately. Additionally, the motor is mounted on the right side of the booster by default. For mounting on the left side, this must be specified at the time of ordering.

Length The booster is available in lengths of 0.5 m and 1.0 m. The conveyor is available in lengths up to 10 m. For lengths over 5 m, please contact our sales department.
Gear Standard 40:1 = 10 m/min. Other gearings available. A frequency control system can be connected direct to the 3-phase motor.
